My mother lost a lot of hair subsequent to radiation treatment for cancer. This place was recommended to us, and we went there to find her a wig. It is discreetly and conveniently located in an office building, and there is a parking lot. We were pleased by the huge selection of wigs, hairpieces and head coverings as well as the expertise of the women who fitted her. We found the perfect wig, which looks completely natural and really flatters her. You can't even see a hairline, it looks so real! The look of joy on her face viewing herself in the mirror thrilled us. Jerome Krause's employees will work with you - as long as necessary- to find your perfect style and arrange discounts whenever possible. I highly recommend this business.

Just received my earthly crown. I am so impressed. The fit is perfect, the blend of color is awesome. It's been 3 months since I lost my hair to chemotherapy. It is what it is. But now, thanks to you and Lolly's Locks I feel like myself. Thanks again. Words aren't enough so here's a big kiss...muahhhhh.

I am a 44 yr old female and I went to this shop due to thinning hair and hair breakage from medication. I was fortunate enough to get an appt the same day I called. The women there were wonderful! They understood what I was going thru, listened to what I wanted (even tho I never owned or wore a wig in my life), helped me choose the color and style, discussed different types of wigs (human hair vs synthetic) then shaped the wig to the cut I wanted. I did NOT feel any high-pressure sales pitch at all! I walked out of the shop feeling more attractive and confident then when I came in.My hair is my "crown" and they gave me a feeling of attractiveness I hadn't felt in a long time. Rita cut the wig and gave me instructions on how to style & told me to call anytime I ever have questions.They may be a bit pricey, but the cost incld the wig, consult, cut, hair products, wig stand & box, brush and 2 combs...it was worth it!Call them...u wont be disappointed!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandi and everyone at Jerome Krause! I could not have gotten through losing my hair without them as that was one of the most difficult challenges during cancer.

This is an excellent company who specializes in custom wig making. They are highly experienced wig makers and I am so glad that I had them make three hair pieces for me. My friends and family love the change! It is truly wonderful wearing these hair pieces in public. I have lots of confidence walking out and about the city of Chicago.
